KRL Bogor-Jakarta Kota Service Disrupted by Track Issues at Bogor-Cilebut Station

The KRL Commuter Line service on the Bogor-Jakarta Kota route experienced disruptions this morning due to operational issues on the track between Bogor and Cilebut stations.

“Operational disruption on the track between Bogor and Cilebut stations is currently being handled by our personnel,” said KAI Commuter through its official X account on Monday (2 March 2026).

As a result of the track disruption, KRL trains were initially unable to pass through the affected area. However, trains have since been permitted to resume operations, albeit at restricted speed.

“Commuter Line services in this location can now proceed at limited speed,” the statement said.

Several KRL passengers questioned why the disruption occurred during peak morning hours when commuters travel to work. They complained about delayed KRL journeys. KAI issued an apology for the disruption.

“We apologise for the inconvenience caused,” the statement added.
