Over 27 years, KRISTAInterFOOD has grown alongside Indonesia’s food and beverage industry. This milestone reinforces its position as an F&B industry platform built by local enterprise and trusted by industry players for more than two decades. Supported by the Ministry of Tourism, GAPMMI, ACP Indonesia, PHRI, and APRINDO, KRISTAInterFOOD continues to strengthen collaboration, broaden market access, and open business opportunities for Indonesian industry players at both national and global levels.

Krista’s journey in the exhibition industry began in 1995 with a printing, paper, and packaging exhibition. Recognising the vast potential of the national food industry, Krista expanded its focus to food, beverages, food technology, and packaging through the launch of Food n Pack in 2000. Three years later, the platform evolved and officially adopted the name InterFOOD, now one of the largest food and beverage exhibitions in Indonesia.

Chief Executive Officer of Krista Exhibitions, Daud D. Salim, affirmed that KRISTAInterFOOD is the result of a long journey by a homegrown company that has been established for 32 years. “InterFOOD is not a legacy we received from anyone. It is a platform we built from ideas, conviction, and hard work over 27 years. From the outset, our goal was simple: to provide a capable stage for Indonesia’s food and beverage industry to grow, innovate, and connect with the world,” Daud stated in a written release on Tuesday (23/6/2026).

Meanwhile, Chief Marketing Officer and Founder of Krista Exhibitions, Christina Sudjie, explained that the launch of KRISTAInterFOOD is not merely an introduction of identity, but an affirmation of the trust built together with the industry over more than two decades. “The strength of a platform is not determined by its name alone, but by the trust built together with its community. Over the years, exhibitors, associations, industry partners, and the media have been an important part of InterFOOD’s journey. KRISTAInterFOOD is a reflection of our commitment to continue growing alongside the industry,” said Christina.

As part of this new chapter, KRISTAInterFOOD 2026 will be held at NICE PIK 2. The event will feature a more modern venue, larger capacity, and an international-standard exhibition experience. This year’s exhibition will also be enlivened by various flagship programmes, including the La Cuisine Cooking Competition 2026, projected to attract nearly 1,000 chefs from home and abroad in partnership with ACP Indonesia, the Indonesia Coffee Art Battle (ICAB) and Roasting Competition with the Indonesian Coffee Council, as well as various training and competency certification programmes for industry players.

Support from the Ministry of Tourism, GAPMMI, ACP Indonesia, PHRI, and APRINDO serves as evidence that KRISTAInterFOOD has developed into a strategic platform contributing to the growth of the national food and beverage industry while strengthening Indonesia’s position globally. With backing from the government, industry associations, and a community that has grown together over 27 years, KRISTAInterFOOD is optimistic it can continue to be a trusted platform that drives collaboration, innovation, and growth for Indonesia’s food and beverage industry.
