KPU responds to ballot debacle

BATAM, Riau: General Elections Commission (KPU) deputy Ramlan
Surbakti said on Friday the double-puncture ballot paper debacle
arose due to an error in wrapping the papers.

The design of the ballot papers with the double perforation
was also a contributing factor to the problem, he said on Batam
