KPK Urges Sanctions for BUMN Management Yet to Submit Wealth Reports
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has stated that a number of management officials in state-owned enterprises (BUMN) have yet to fill out the State Administrators’ Wealth Report (LHKPN). The KPK will send letters to relevant parties so that these management officials are immediately sanctioned.
“As of the end of June, we admit that there are several BUMN management officials who, as of 31 March, had not yet reported. We have sent letters to stakeholders so that those who do not report are immediately sanctioned,” said KPK Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring, Aminudin, at the ACLC KPK building in Jakarta on Monday (29/6/2026).
Aminudin did not specify the number of BUMN management officials who have not reported their LHKPN. However, he hopes that sanctions will be imposed based on the internal regulations of each BUMN.
“If for civil servants there are already rules regarding sanctions. For the BUMN level, sanctions are adjusted to the internal regulations applicable in each company,” he said.
In addition, he stressed that foreign nationals within the BUMN structure are also required to report their LHKPN. According to him, the KPK has provided technical guidance to BUMN directors who are foreign nationals.
“So, including foreign nationals, even though they are foreigners, their current position is as top management in BUMN. Based on Law Number 28 of 1999, the structure within BUMN falls under the category of mandatory LHKPN reporting,” he stressed.
Regarding positions in Danantara that are not yet available on the LHKPN site, the KPK will conduct further system checks. The KPK has also held a meeting with the Head of the BUMN Supervisory Board, Dony Oskaria, to discuss this LHKPN compliance issue.
“We will check the system later because I have just updated the information, and before the meeting, it was indeed not yet accessible for Danantara,” he said.
