KPK Urges Officials to Promptly Report Their Assets Honestly and Completely

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has reminded state organisers or mandatory reporters to submit their periodic 2025 State Organiser Wealth Reports (LHKPN) by no later than 31 March 2026 via the elhkpn.kpk.go.id website.

“LHKPN reporting is a self-assessment process, thus requiring the self-awareness of every state organiser or mandatory reporter to report their owned assets honestly, accurately, and completely,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to reporters in Jakarta on Monday, 30 March 2026.

He further stated that KPK is requesting leaders of ministries/institutions, regional governments, as well as state-owned/regional-owned enterprises to actively monitor and ensure that all state organisers or mandatory reporters within their environments truly submit their LHKPN.

“The role of leaders is key in encouraging compliance and building a culture of integrity in their respective institutions,” he said.

He mentioned that KPK is also ready to provide assistance services for state organisers or mandatory reporters who encounter obstacles in the filling and reporting process via the elhkpn.kpk.go.id website, or by contacting the email elhkpn@kpk.go.id or KPK’s call centre at 198.

Meanwhile, he said that based on KPK data up to 26 March 2026, 87.83% or around 337,340 out of a total of 431,882 state organisers or mandatory reporters have submitted their 2025 periodic LHKPN.

According to him, the judiciary sector has the highest compliance rate at 99.66%, followed by the executive at 89.06%, and state/regional-owned enterprises at 83.96%.

Nevertheless, he said, the compliance rate for LHKPN reporting in the legislative sector still needs to be encouraged as only 55.14% have reported.

“KPK reminds that the strategic role of the legislative institution in budgeting, oversight, and legislation functions also needs to be accompanied by exemplary conduct in LHKPN reporting,” he stated.

Furthermore, he said that after state organisers or mandatory reporters submit their 2025 periodic LHKPN, KPK will then conduct administrative verification before publishing it via the elhkpn.kpk.go.id website.
