Setyo stated that enforcement actions taken by the KPK are linked to public services, which encompass many sectors including licensing. Speaking at a press conference, he highlighted the existing PTSP systems operating at the regional level, describing them as already good and widely implemented by provincial and district governments. He questioned why the central government should not also create a centralised One-Stop Integrated Service located in a single place. Setyo cited the example of foreign worker permit applications, which currently require applicants to visit the Ministry of Manpower, suggesting a PTSP would make the system more effective. If implemented for imports, trade, industrial affairs, and other matters, it would provide good service and spare the public from having to visit multiple offices, especially when permits involve several related ministries. He described this as a potential breakthrough and left the proposal to the government, suggesting ministries like the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform could take it up, with all parties collaborating to provide the best service for the public.
