KPK to Question Husband and Child of Pekalongan Regent, Probe Company Set Up by Fadia and Family
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will summon the husband and child of Pekalongan Regent Fadia Arafiq. The two are believed to be required to provide information regarding the case of alleged corruption in the Pekalongan Regency Government’s outsourcing services procurement. ‘Naturally, investigators will summon Fadia’s husband and child,’ KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo told reporters on Friday, 6 March 2026. The KPK explained that the summons relate to alleged flows of corrupt money believed to have flowed to Fadia’s husband and child. The KPK will also ask about the company formed by Fadia and her family. ‘Both relating to the alleged receipt of funds as well as the management of PT RNB,’ said Budi. However, the KPK has not yet disclosed when the examinations of Fadia’s husband and child will take place.
