KPK to Examine BPK Member Bobby Rizaldi in Muara Enim Bribery Case

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will schedule an examination of Bobby Adhityo Rizaldi, a member of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), as part of an investigation into an alleged bribery case related to a BPK audit within the Muara Enim Regency administration in South Sumatra. KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo stated that the summons is intended to further investigate the involvement of related parties in the case. “Investigators will certainly schedule an examination for the person concerned or other related parties,” Budi said in Jakarta on Wednesday (15/7/2026). He explained that the summons for Bobby Rizaldi is a follow-up to a search conducted by KPK investigators on Tuesday (14/7), during which electronic evidence was seized. The examination is necessary to clarify the findings from the search location and to strengthen the construction of the bribery case. The case originated from a sting operation conducted by the KPK in early June 2026, which led to the arrest of 10 individuals in Jakarta and South Sumatra.
