KPK to Auction Seized Assets from Noel Case: From Porsche Rims to Ducati
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will auction assets seized from the corruption case involving the extortion of K3 certificates, which ensnared former Deputy Minister of Manpower Immanuel Ebenezer Gerungan, also known as Noel, and ten other defendants. The items to be auctioned include luxury Marchesini Forged rims for Ducati motorcycles and Porsche cars.
Mungki Hadipratikto, KPK Director of Asset Tracing, Evidence Management, and Execution, stated that the goods are the proceeds of the case against Noel and the other ten defendants in the K3 certificate extortion scandal at the Ministry of Manpower. The auction is being conducted as an effort to recover state financial losses.
“The execution for the other 11 defendants was carried out today at Sukamiskin Prison by the executor prosecutor team at 11 a.m. this afternoon,” Mungki told reporters at the KPK’s Storage House for Confiscated Objects and Rampasan Goods in Cawang, East Jakarta, on Wednesday (24/6/2026).
Mungki explained that there are hundreds of items to be auctioned by the KPK in this case, ranging from luxury goods, vehicles, land and buildings, to vehicle spare parts and accessories. The auction process will coincide with the commemoration of International Anti-Corruption Day (Hakordia) in December. Prior to the auction, the KPK will first request a price assessment from the State Assets and Auction Service Office of the Ministry of Finance to determine appropriate values.
“Everything will be auctioned at one event as part of the Hakordia activities on 9 December 2026, after we have obtained an assessment from the KPKNL DJKN of the Ministry of Finance,” Mungki clarified.
Based on observations, the vehicles to be auctioned include a Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid A/T, Wuling Cloud Ev, Honda CRV, BMW 330i, and a Nissan GTR. Motorcycles set for auction include a Ducati Scrambler and a Vespa GTS.
