KPK targets anti-corruption e-learning for 6.7 million civil servants

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is targeting the implementation of the ‘ASN Berintegritas’ e-learning programme for approximately 6.7 million state civil servants (ASN) as part of efforts to strengthen anti-corruption culture within the bureaucracy. “This integrity-based e-learning programme can be maximised and implemented by all civil servants, whose numbers are quite large. The total is 6.7 million,” said KPK Chairman Setyo Budiyanto after the national launch of the e-learning initiative at the National Institute of Public Administration (LAN) building in Jakarta on Wednesday. Setyo noted that implementing the programme will require time, as the readiness of digital learning systems varies across ministries, agencies, and regional governments. Nevertheless, he observed a strong commitment from these institutions to implement integrity training for civil servants. “I see seriousness, commitment, and synergy between the KPK and ministries, agencies, and regional governments,” he stated. Setyo further explained that the programme had previously been piloted in 12 agencies and will be expanded to 10 more in 2026. He said the KPK and other relevant agencies will continue to make improvements in the e-learning implementation. “We hope the implementation will get better. Existing shortcomings will be continuously improved so that the results are optimal,” he said. Setyo expressed hope that the target of implementing integrity training for all civil servants, planned for completion by 2029, can be accelerated through collaboration with various ministries, agencies, and regional governments. On the same occasion, LAN Head Muhammad Taufiq said strengthening ASN integrity is part of efforts to build a bureaucracy trusted by the public. “We want to build civil servants who are trusted by the public and become pillars of healthier national growth in the future,” Taufiq said.
