KPK Suspects Jampidsus Febrie's Sentul House Registered Under Someone Else's Name
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) suspects that a house in Sentul, Bogor Regency, West Java, which Junior Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) Febrie Adriansyah claims as his private residence, is registered under someone else’s name. “It is suspected that the individual concerned (Febrie) used a nominee with no family relationship,” said KPK Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring Aminudin to journalists in Jakarta on Friday. Consequently, Aminudin stated that the house did not appear in Febrie’s State Administrators Wealth Report (LHKPN). Previously, Jampidsus Febrie Adriansyah on Friday issued a statement regarding the discovery of cash and gold bars at a house in Sentul, which was searched by the Police’s Corruption Eradication Corps (Kortastipidkor). During a press conference at the Jampidsus building in Jakarta, Febrie acknowledged that the house was his private residence. “Regarding the Sentul house, it is indeed the private home of the Jampidsus and has been for a long time,” Febrie said. “The items found have an owner, there were activities, and there are people who received activities, that can also be asked. There are also building activities that can be checked. We are confident everything can be properly accounted for, but not through this forum, rather through proceedings that are in accordance with legal procedures,” he added. He made the statement after a joint team from the Police’s Kortastipidkor and Polda Metro Jaya searched a house in the Sentul area on 9 July 2026.
