KPK Summons Three PT Plato Isoiki Consultants in Riau Flyover Corruption Case

Jakarta (ANTARA) — The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has summoned three consultants from PT Plato Isoiki as witnesses in a suspected corruption case involving the construction of a flyover in Riau Province.

“The examination concerns individuals identified as EMS, ASM, and BB, all freelance consultants of PT Plato Isoiki,” KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo told journalists in Jakarta on Monday.

Budi explained that the three consultants were summoned for questioning at the office of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) Riau Representative.

Previously, on 10 January 2025, the KPK named five individuals as suspects in the case concerning the construction of the Simpang Jalan Tuanku Ambusai–Jalan Soekarno Hatta flyover under the Riau Provincial Government during the 2018 fiscal year.

The suspects include the Head of the Construction and Bridges Division at the Riau Public Works, Spatial Planning, Housing, Settlements and Land Affairs Agency (PUPRPKPP), who also served as the authorised budget user and commitment-making official, identified by the initials YN, and a planning consultant with the initials GR.

Additionally, the President Director of PT Semangat Hasrat Jaya with the initials TC, the Director of PT Sumbersari Ciptamarga with the initials ES, and the Head of the Pekanbaru Branch of PT Yodya Karya (Persero) with the initials NR were also named.

Based on information gathered, the suspects are Yunannaris (YN), Gusrizal (GR), Triandi Chandra (TC), Elpi Sandra (ES), and Nurbaiti (NR).

In the case, alleged state financial losses amounted to Rp60.8 billion from a total contract value of Rp159.3 billion.
