KPK summons six witnesses in Sleman regarding K3 Ministry of Manpower case

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has summoned six witnesses in Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, regarding the investigation into the alleged extortion case in the processing of occupational safety and health (K3) certificates within the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker). “The examination of the six witnesses took place at the Sleman Police Resort, Yogyakarta,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists in Jakarta on Thursday. Budi stated that the six witnesses are SMN, as director of PT Patrari Jaya Utama, followed by AS, ERK, and YF as employees of Patrari Jaya Utama, as well as MS and SDP as employees of PT Cakra Biwa Consultant. Previously, the case stemmed from a raid operation (OTT) conducted by the KPK. On 22 August 2025, the KPK named Immanuel Ebenezer, as Deputy Minister of Manpower, along with ten others as suspects in the alleged extortion case related to K3 certification processing within Kemnaker. The full list of suspects is as follows: 1. Coordinator of Institutional and Personnel K3 at Kemnaker for 2022–2025, Irvian Bobby Mahendro (IBM); 2. Coordinator of Testing and Competency Evaluation for Work Safety at Kemnaker for 2022-2025, Gerry Aditya Herwanto Putra (GAH); 3. Subcoordinator of Work Safety at the Directorate of K3 Development at Kemnaker for 2020–2025, Subhan (SB); 4. Subcoordinator of Partnerships and Work Health Personnel at Kemnaker for 2020–2025, Anitasari Kusumawati (AK); 5. Director General of Manpower Supervision Development (Binwasnaker) and K3 at Kemnaker from March–August 2025, Fahrurozi (FAH); 6. Director of Institutional Development at Kemnaker from 2021-February 2025, Hery Sutanto (HS); 7. Subcoordinator at Kemnaker, Sekarsari Kartika Putri (SKP); 8. Coordinator at Kemnaker, Supriadi (SUP); 9. Party from PT KEM Indonesia Temurila (TEM); 10. Party from PT KEM Indonesia, Miki Mahfud (MM); 11. Deputy Minister of Manpower, Immanuel Ebenezer Gerungan (IEG). Subsequently, on 11 December 2025, the KPK announced three new suspects in the case. They are former Head of Public Relations Bureau at Kemnaker, Sunardi Manampiar Sinaga (SMS), former Secretary of the Directorate General of Binwasnaker and K3 at Kemnaker, Chairul Fadhly Harahap (CFH), and former Director General of Binwasnaker and K3 at Kemnaker, Haiyani Rumondang (HR).
