KPK Summons Secretary-General of the Ministry of Manpower in K3 Certificate Case
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has summoned the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Manpower, Cris Kuntadi (CK), as a witness in a case involving alleged extortion related to the processing of K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) certificates within the Ministry.
“The examination will take place at the KPK’s Merah Putih Building, with CK as the witness, in his capacity as the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Manpower,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists in Jakarta on Wednesday.
Budi stated that the KPK has also summoned DA, the Head of the Construction Section at the Directorate of Supervision of K3 Norms at the Ministry of Manpower, DIM, a civil servant (ASN) at the Ministry of Manpower, and a representative from SAV Money Changer.
This case originated from a sting operation conducted by the KPK.
On August 22, 2025, the KPK named Immanuel Ebenezer, the Vice Minister of Manpower, along with ten other individuals, as suspects in the alleged extortion case related to the processing of K3 certificates within the Ministry of Manpower.

Sub-coordinator of Partnership and Occupational Health Personnel at the Ministry of Manpower for 2020–2025, Anitasari Kusumawati (AK)
Director-General of Supervision and K3 at the Ministry of Manpower from March–August 2025, Fahrurozi (FAH)
Director of Institutional Development at the Ministry of Manpower for 2021-February 2025, Hery Sutanto (HS)
Sub-coordinator at the Ministry of Manpower, Sekarsari Kartika Putri (SKP)
Coordinator at the Ministry of Manpower, Supriadi (SUP)
Representative of PT KEM Indonesia Temurila (TEM)

Subsequently, on December 11, 2025, the KPK announced three new suspects in this case. They are the former Head of the Public Relations Bureau of the Ministry of Manpower, Sunardi Manampiar Sinaga (SMS), the former Secretary of the Directorate-General of Supervision and K3 at the Ministry of Manpower, Chairul Fadhly Harahap (CFH), and the former Director-General of Supervision and K3 at the Ministry of Manpower, Haiyani Rumondang (HR).
