KPK Summons Rudy Tanoe as Witness in Social Ministry Rice Aid Corruption Case
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has summoned Bambang Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo, also known as Rudy Tanoe, for questioning as a witness. He serves as the President Commissioner of PT Dosni Roha Logistik and President Director of PT Dosni Roha Indonesia. The case concerns alleged corruption in the distribution of rice social assistance for beneficiaries of the Family Hope Programme (PKH).
“Investigators have scheduled the examination of witness BRT in his capacity as President Commissioner of PT DNR Logistics and President Director of PT DNR,” KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo told journalists in Jakarta on Thursday. Budi expressed confidence that the suspect in the case would comply with the summons on Thursday. “We believe the witness will attend the scheduled examination, considering that any testimony will assist the investigation in fully revealing the construction of the case and the parties who played crucial roles in it,” he said.
The case is a development of an investigation into alleged corruption in the distribution of rice social assistance for PKH beneficiaries at the Ministry of Social Affairs during the 2020–2021 period. Based on KPK statements compiled from 11 September 2025, 2 October 2025, and 25 February 2026, three suspects have been named. They are Bambang Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo, President Commissioner of PT Dosni Roha Logistik (DNR Logistics) and President Director of PT Dosni Roha Indonesia; Edi Suharto, Expert Staff to the Minister of Social Affairs for Change and Social Dynamics; and Kanisius Jerry Tengker, President Director of DNR Logistics from 2018 to 2022. PT Dosni Roha Indonesia and DNR Logistics have also been named as corporate suspects by the KPK.
