KPK Summons Pekalongan Regency Officials in Case Involving Regent Fadia

The KPK continues to investigate the corruption case ensnaring suspended Pekalongan Regent Fadia Arafiq. Today, the KPK summoned witness Zainuri, Head of the Goods/Services Procurement Work Unit of the Pekalongan Regency Secretariat, for examination.

“The witness is suspected of corruption-related criminal acts concerning outsourcing services procurement and other procurements within the Pekalongan Regency Government (Pemkab),” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to reporters on Tuesday (7/4/2026).

Budi stated that Zainuri was examined along with six other witnesses who are civil servants (ASN) from Pemkab Pekalongan. Budi mentioned that the examination was conducted at the Pekalongan City Police Resort.

  6. Ajid Suryo Pratondo, ASN Pemkab Pekalongan

In this case, the KPK has seized vehicles from various parties at the official residence of suspended Pekalongan Regent Fadia Arafiq up to Cibubur. The details are: Wuling Air EV, Mitsubishi Xpander, Toyota Camry, Toyota Fortuner, and Toyota Vellfire.

In this case, the KPK stated that Fadia’s child and husband established a company named PT Raja Nusantara Berjaya (RNB). Fadia is suspected of being the beneficial owner (BO) of the company.

The company also includes Fadia’s success team. She requested that regional apparatus win contracts for the company. Subsequently, Fadia’s family company obtained Rp 46 billion from 2023 to 2026, which was then distributed.

  • Fadia’s husband, Ashraff: Rp 1.1 billion

  • Director of PT RNB Rul Bayatun: Rp 2.3 billion

  • Fadia’s child, Mehnaz Na: Rp 2.5 billion

  • And cash withdrawals of Rp 3 billion.

The KPK states that PT RNB received outsourcing projects in 17 regional apparatus, 3 regional hospitals, and 1 sub-district in 2025. Fadia is charged under Article 12 letter i and Article 12 B of the Corruption Eradication Law in conjunction with Article 127 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 2023 on the Criminal Code.
