KPK Summons Owner of Nusantara Bridge in Corruption Probe
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is continuing its investigation into alleged bribery in the business cooperation and acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). The owner of PT Jembatan Nusantara, Adjie (ADJ), was summoned for questioning by KPK investigators on 27 February 2026.
“The examination was conducted at KPK’s Red and White Building,” said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo in a written statement on Friday, 27 February 2026.
Adjie is the sole suspect in this case. Other parties involved have been released after receiving rehabilitation. President Prabowo Subianto granted rehabilitation to three corruption suspects in the business cooperation and acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) for the 2019–2022 period. The rehabilitated suspects are Ira Puspadewi, Muhammad Yusuf Hadi, and Harry Muhammad Adhi Caksono.
“From our communication with the government, alhamdulillah today the President has signed rehabilitation letters for these three names,” said Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, cited from the Presidential Secretariat’s YouTube channel on Tuesday, 25 November 2025.
The Daily Chair of the Gerindra Party’s National Executive Board explained that the rehabilitation was granted based on the House of Representatives’ recommendation. The central legislative body received public complaints and aspirations regarding the corruption case in 2024.
“In relation to the dynamics concerning problems at ASDP that occurred in July 2024, various complaints and aspirations were submitted to the House of Representatives,” Dasco stated.
Ira Puspadewi disclosed her financial condition after her release from KPK detention, including frozen bank accounts and receiving Rp5 million assistance from a friend for food expenses.
The KPK has emphasised that the investigation into alleged corruption in the business cooperation and acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) will continue. Ira Puspadewi responded that the Nusantara Bridge acquisition case has not been fully resolved despite her receiving rehabilitation.
