KPK Summons Model Again in Alleged CSR Fund Corruption Case
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has again summoned Fitri Assiddikki (FAS), a model and former expert staff member of one of the suspects in the alleged corruption case involving corporate social responsibility (CSR) funds from Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Heri Gunawan (HG). Fitri has been called as a witness.
“The witness is linked to the alleged criminal act of corruption in the social programme or CSR at Bank Indonesia and OJK,” KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo told journalists on Monday (15/6/2026).
Budi has not yet detailed what will be asked of Fitri. The examination is scheduled to take place at the KPK building in South Jakarta. “The examination will be conducted at the KPK’s Merah Putih building,” he stated.
Fitri was previously summoned by the KPK as a witness in this case from Tuesday (9/6) to Thursday (11/6). However, Fitri failed to appear without providing any explanation. At that time, Fitri was summoned alongside Heri Gunawan and his wife, Kartini Buchari (KB), and seven other witnesses. All of the summoned parties were absent.
The summoning of these witnesses is related to the flow of money and asset tracing concerning the alleged money laundering (TPPU) offence by Heri Gunawan. For context, this case occurred in 2020, 2021, and 2022.
The KPK has named Satori (ST) and Heri Gunawan (HG) as suspects. Both were members of the House of Representatives’ Commission XI at the time of the alleged offences. Satori was a lawmaker from the NasDem Party representing the West Java VIII electoral district, while Heri Gunawan was a Gerindra Party lawmaker from the West Java IV electoral district. Both Satori and Heri were re-elected as members of the House of Representatives in 2024.
The case allegedly began after BI and OJK agreed to provide social programme funds to each member of Commission XI, amounting to 10 activities per year from BI and 18 to 24 activities from OJK. After the funds were disbursed, Satori and Heri allegedly did not use the money in accordance with the regulations.
The KPK has also seized a car worth Rp 1 billion from Fitri Assiddikki. The vehicle was allegedly given to her by Heri. “From HG, FA allegedly received more than Rp 2 billion and purchased a four-wheeled vehicle worth approximately Rp 1 billion,” the KPK spokesperson said. “Today, investigators have secured the vehicle for seizure,” he added.
