“The examination was conducted at the KPK Merah Putih Building,” stated KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo in a statement today.

The KPK has already named four suspects in the alleged corruption case involving the construction of the Lamongan Regency Government building for the 2017-2019 period.

“There are four suspects,” said the Acting Deputy for Enforcement at the KPK, Asep Guntur Rahayu, when contacted on Tuesday (8/7/2025).

He noted that the KPK is currently awaiting the calculation of state losses from the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). “Physical inspections are being conducted alongside the BPKP and the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) to calculate the state losses,” he added.

According to records, on 13 September 2023, KPK investigators raided the Lamongan Department of Public Housing, Residential Areas, and Spatial Planning office, as well as the official residence of the Lamongan Regent. During the raid, investigators seized various documents contained in several suitcases.

Asep Guntur Rahayu stated that the search of the official residence of Lamongan Regent Yuhronur Efendi was related to the suspected building construction corruption. The project executor for the construction was the Lamongan Regency Department of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR).
