KPK Summons Four Witnesses in Lamongan Regency Office Building Corruption Case
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is continuing its investigation into alleged corruption involving the construction of the Lamongan Regency government office for the 2017-2019 period. The KPK has now summoned four witnesses in relation to this case.
“The KPK has scheduled examinations for parties related to the alleged criminal act of corruption in the construction project of the Lamongan Regency Government office building,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to reporters on Tuesday (2/6/2026).
The examinations are being conducted at the KPK’s Merah Putih building in Kuningan, South Jakarta. Budi did not provide specific details regarding the depth of the investigation during this session.
The list of summoned witnesses includes:
Mokh Sukiman, acting as the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) or Head of the Building and Environmental Arrangement Section of the Lamongan Department of Public Housing, Residential Areas, and Cipta Karya.
Ahmad Abdillah, Director of PT Agung Pradana Putra.
Muhammad Yanuar Marzuki, former member of the Project Management Committee for the Lamongan Regency Office Building construction (2017-2019) and Director of CV Absolute.
Herman Dwi Haryanto, former General Manager of Regional Division III at PT Brantas Abipraya (2015-2019).
The KPK stated that the calculation of state losses related to the alleged corruption in the 2017-2019 construction project has been completed. The KPK noted that these losses were calculated by the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP).
“In January, the KPK received the report on the calculation of state financial losses from the BPKP regarding the investigation of the alleged corruption in the procurement and implementation of the Lamongan Regency government office building construction for the 2017-2019 fiscal year,” KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo told reporters on Thursday (29/1).
The KPK has previously conducted searches at several government offices in Lamongan. At that time, KPK Director of Investigation Asep Guntur Rahayu explained that the case under investigation pertains to the construction of the building for the Lamongan Regency government. The KPK has officially named four suspects, although the identities of these individuals have not yet been disclosed.
