KPK summons four judges as witnesses in land dispute case
Today’s witness examinations consist entirely of judges and were conducted at the KPK’s Red and White Building in Jakarta. JAKARTA (ANTARA) – The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has summoned four judges as witnesses in a case involving alleged bribery in the handling of land disputes in Tapos District, Depok, West Java. “Today’s witness examinations consist entirely of judges and were conducted at the KPK’s Red and White Building in Jakarta,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists in Jakarta on Tuesday. Further, Budi revealed that the four summoned judges have the initials DWE, ULT, ERL, and EVR. Witnesses DPW, RVL, and ISF are being investigated regarding an execution request submitted by PT Karabha Digdaya, a subsidiary of the Ministry of Finance, while witness OUW is being examined over case handling at the Depok District Court. Previously, on 5 February 2026, the KPK conducted a raid in Depok City related to alleged corruption in land dispute case handling. The following day, the KPK announced the arrest of seven individuals, including the Chief and Deputy Chief of the Depok District Court, a court official, and a director and three employees of PT Karabha Digdaya. They are Depok District Court Chief I Wayan Eka Mariarta, Deputy Chief Bambang Setyawan, court bailiff Yohansyah Maruanaya, PT Karabha Digdaya CEO Trisnadi Yulrisman, and Head of Corporate Legal Berliana Tri Kusuma. In addition to the bribery case, the KPK has also named Bambang Setyawan as a suspect for alleged gratification after receiving data from the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre regarding the receipt of Rp2.5 billion from PT Daha Mulia Valasindo.
