KPK Summons Former Personal Assistant to Ridwan Kamil Again
The KPK has once again summoned Randy Kusumaatmadja, the former personal assistant to the former Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil. This marks the third time Randy has been called as a witness.
“A witness in the alleged corruption regarding advertising procurement,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists on Wednesday (30/09/2026).
The KPK also summoned another witness, Reja Muhammad Yusuf Tojiri, identified by the KPK as the Group Head of Procurement for the General Division of Bank BJB Headquarters. Budi did not explain the specific details that investigators intend to probe.
“The examination is being conducted at the KPK’s Merah Putih building,” Buju explained.
Randy has previously been interrogated twice, on Thursday (21/01) and Monday (14/09). The examinations were conducted at the West Java Regional Police office and the PU Competency Development Centre Region IV Bandung, respectively. During the last examination, KPK investigators questioned Randy regarding the transaction history in his bank accounts.
“Investigators are confirming transactions within the witnesses’ accounts,” Budi told journalists on Monday (14/09).
In this case, the KPK has named five suspects in the alleged advertising procurement scandal. The actions of these five individuals are suspected to have caused state losses of up to Rp 222 billion. The KPK suspects that the funds were used to meet non-budgetary requirements.
Four of the suspects have already been detained, namely:

Ikin Asikin Dulmanan, Director of PT Cakrawala Kreasi Mandiri & Owner of PT Antedja Muliatama
