KPK summons DPRD Secretary and former Madiun City Department Head as witnesses

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has summoned Misdi (MSD), the Secretary of the Madiun City DPRD, and Raden Andriono Waskito Murti (RAW), the former Head of the Labour, Cooperatives, and SMEs Office (Disnaker KUKM) of Madiun City, as witnesses in the alleged corruption case ensnaring suspended Madiun Mayor Maidi.

The examination took place at the State Treasury Service Office in Surakarta, Central Java, for MSD as the Secretary of the Madiun City DPRD, and RAW as the Head of Disnaker KUKM for the period 2022-2024,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists in Jakarta on Thursday.

In addition, Budi stated that the KPK summoned MAF, RK, and AES from the private sector, GYP as a civil servant in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Madiun City, KND as a civil servant in the Madiun City Education Office, and MMA as a civil servant within the Madiun City Government.

Furthermore, DPF as Director of PT Hemas Buana Indonesia, ARE as an employee of Hermina Hospital Madiun, DWK as an employee of PT KAI Regional Operation 7 Madiun, and YRF as an employee of Bank BTN Madiun Branch.

Previously, on 19 January 2026, the KPK conducted a sting operation (OTT) against Maidi related to alleged receipt of project rewards and CSR funds in Madiun City.

The following day, the KPK named three individuals as suspects, namely Maidi, Rochim Ruhdiyanto as Maidi’s confidant, and Thariq Megah as the Head of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (PUPR) of Madiun City.

The KPK revealed that there are two case clusters in the matter, namely alleged extortion related to project rewards and CSR funds, as well as alleged receipt of gratifications within the Madiun City Government.

First, the alleged extortion with suspects Maidi and Rochim Ruhdiyanto. Second, the alleged gratifications with suspects Maidi and Thariq Megah.
