KPK Summons Directors of PT Multi Structure and PT Isdianti Buana Cakra in LPEI Case

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has summoned directors from two companies to be examined as witnesses in the alleged corruption case concerning the provision of credit facilities by the Indonesia Export Financing Agency (LPEI). “The examination is for OB, representing PT Multi Structure, and LI, representing PT Isdianti Buana Cakra,” stated KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists in Jakarta on Monday. He explained that the two witnesses are scheduled to undergo examination at the KPK’s Red and White Building in Jakarta. Previously, on 3 March 2025, the KPK designated five suspects in the case, comprising two individuals from LPEI and three from the debtor side of PT Petro Energy. Meanwhile, the three suspects from the debtor side of PT Petro Energy (PE) are Jimmy Masrin, President Director of PT Caturkarsa Megatunggal and Chairman Commissioner of PT PE; Newin Nugroho, Director of PT PE; and Susi Mira Dewi Sugiarta, Finance Director of PT PE. The KPK also designated Hendarto as a suspect on 28 August 2025 in connection with the debtor cluster of PT Sakti Mait Jaya Langit and PT Mega Alam Sejahtera within the PT Bara Jaya Utama group. In this case, there are 15 debtors who received credit facilities from LPEI, allegedly resulting in state losses of more than Rp11 trillion.
