KPK Summons Directors of PT Barito Sarana Karya and Nusantara Traisser
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has summoned the directors of PT Barito Sarana Karya and PT Nusantara Traisser for examination as witnesses in the alleged extortion case concerning the processing of occupational safety and health (K3) certificates within the Ministry of Manpower.
“The examination is taking place at the Sidoarjo Police Resort in East Java, involving RS as Director of PT Barito Sarana Karya, GA as President Director of PT Barito Sarana Karya, and KTS as Director of PT Nusantara Traisser,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists in Jakarta on Thursday.
In addition, Budi stated that the KPK has summoned managers from both companies. They are EW as Finance Manager of Barito Sarana Karya, AP as General Manager of Nusantara Traisser, and NST as Finance Manager of Nusantara Traisser.
The case originated from a catch-the-criminal operation (OTT) conducted by the KPK.
On 22 August 2025, the KPK designated Immanuel Ebenezer, as Deputy Minister of Manpower, along with ten others as suspects in the alleged extortion case related to K3 certificate processing within the Ministry of Manpower.

Subcoordinator of Partnership and Occupational Health Personnel at the Ministry of Manpower for 2020–2025, Anitasari Kusumawati (AK)
Director General of Manpower Supervision Development (Binwasnaker) and K3 at the Ministry of Manpower from March–August 2025, Fahrurozi (FAH)
Director of Institutional Development at the Ministry of Manpower from 2021-February 2025, Hery Sutanto (HS)
Subcoordinator at the Ministry of Manpower, Sekarsari Kartika Putri (SKP)
Coordinator at the Ministry of Manpower, Supriadi (SUP)

Subsequently, on 11 December 2025, the KPK announced three new suspects in the case. They are former Head of Public Relations Bureau at the Ministry of Manpower, Sunardi Manampiar Sinaga (SMS), former Secretary of the Directorate General of Binwasnaker and K3 at the Ministry of Manpower, Chairul Fadhly Harahap (CFH), and former Director General of Binwasnaker and K3 at the Ministry of Manpower, Haiyani Rumondang (HR).
