KPK summons director of PT Bina Muda Adhi Swakarsa as witness
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has summoned a director of PT Bina Muda Adhi Swakarsa as a witness in the case of alleged bribery for dredging navigation channels at four ports. “The examination is of IWP, in his capacity as Director of PT Bina Muda Adhi Swakarsa,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists in Jakarta on Tuesday. Budi stated that the examination of witness IWP is scheduled to take place at the KPK’s Gedung Merah Putih, Jakarta. Previously, on 27 June 2024, the KPK announced that it had initiated an investigation into the alleged corruption case for the dredging navigation channel projects at four ports, and subsequently named nine individuals as suspects in the case. The alleged criminal corruption case occurred in the following work packages: 1. Dredging navigation channel work package at Tanjung Emas Port, Central Java, for the 2015, 2016, and 2017 fiscal years, 2. Dredging navigation channel work package at Samarinda Port, East Kalimantan, for the 2015 and 2016 fiscal years, 3. Dredging navigation channel work package at Benoa Port, Bali, for the 2014, 2015, and 2016 fiscal years, 4. Dredging navigation channel work package at Pulang Pisau Port, South Kalimantan, for the 2013 and 2016 fiscal years.
