KPK summons Cilacap Satpol PP chief who assisted in THR extortion case

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned Rochman (RN), Head of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) of Cilacap Regency, and Ferry Adhi Dharma (FAD), Assistant for Economy and Development at the Cilacap Regional Secretariat, as witnesses in the investigation into the alleged extortion case concerning holiday allowances (THR) for the Cilacap Regency Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda). They are previously suspected by the KPK of assisting Syamsul Auliya Rachman, during his tenure as Cilacap Regent, in extorting work units under the Cilacap Regency Government in Central Java. “The examination took place at the Cilacap Police Resort for RN as Head of Satpol PP Cilacap, and FAD as Assistant for Economy and Development at the Cilacap Regional Secretariat,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists in Jakarta on Thursday. In addition to them, Budi stated that the KPK summoned several other witnesses, including BT as Head of the Water Resources Management Agency of Cilacap, HN as Head of the Health, Population Control and Family Planning Agency of Cilacap, and PN as Head of the Education and Culture Agency of Cilacap. Then SW as Head of the Agriculture Agency of Cilacap, WAP as Head of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Cilacap, IO as Head of the Fisheries Agency of Cilacap, SGP as Head of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Cilacap, and WIS as Head of the Irrigation and Raw Water Division of the Water Resources Management Agency of Cilacap. Based on the information gathered, they are Bambang Tujiatno (BT), Head of the PSDA Agency of Cilacap; Hasanuddin (HN), Head of the Health and Family Planning Agency of Cilacap; Paiman (PN), Head of the Education and Culture Agency of Cilacap; and Sigit Widayanto (SW), Head of the Agriculture Agency of Cilacap. Furthermore, Wahyu Ari Pramono (WAP), Head of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Cilacap; Indarto (IO), Head of the Fisheries Agency of Cilacap; Sapta Giri Putra (SGP), Head of the BPKAD of Cilacap; and Wahyu Indra Setiawan (WIS), Head of the Irrigation and Raw Water Division of the PSDA Agency of Cilacap. Previously, on 13 March 2026, the KPK announced its ninth sting operation of 2026, which was also the third in the month of Ramadan. The sting operation resulted in the arrest of Cilacap Regent Syamsul Auliya Rachman and 26 other individuals, along with the seizure of cash in rupiah. On 14 March 2026, the KPK named Syamsul Auliya Rachman (AUL) and Cilacap Regional Secretary Sadmoko Danardoo (SAD) as suspects in the alleged extortion and other receipts case within the Cilacap Regency Government, Central Java, for the 2025–2026 fiscal year. Syamsul Auliya targeted Rp750 million from the extortion, to be divided into Rp515 million for the THR of the Forkopimda of Cilacap Regency and the remainder for personal interests. However, he only obtained Rp610 million before being arrested by the KPK.
