KPK Summons CEO of PT Alamjaya Bara Pratama Endri Erawan
Jakarta (ANTARA) – Indonesia’s Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has summoned Endri Erawan, Chief Executive Officer of PT Alamjaya Bara Pratama, as a witness in the investigation of an alleged bribery case involving former Kutai Kartanegara Regent Rita Widyasari.
“Examination of EE as CEO of PT Alamjaya Bara Pratama,” stated KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists in Jakarta on Monday.
Budi indicated that the examination of the brother-in-law of Rita Widyasari, who is a member of the Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) Executive Committee, took place at the KPK’s Red and White Building in Jakarta.
On 28 September 2017, the KPK designated Rita Widyasari, Chief Executive Officer of PT Sawit Golden Prima Hery Susanto Gun, and Commissioner of PT Media Bangun Bersama Khairudin as suspects in an alleged bribery case in the Kutai Kartanegara region, East Kalimantan.
Rita is suspected of receiving bribes totalling 6 billion rupiah related to the issuance of a location permit for palm oil plantations in Kupang Baru Village, Muara Kaman District to PT Sawit Golden Prima.
On 16 January 2018, the KPK designated Rita Widyasari and Khairudin as suspects in alleged money laundering offences.
On 6 June 2024, the KPK disclosed that it had confiscated 91 vehicles and various other economically valuable items, five plots of land with a combined area spanning thousands of square metres, and 30 luxury watches from various brands during the investigation of the case.
On 19 February 2025, the KPK revealed that Rita Widyasari is also suspected of receiving millions of US dollars related to coal mining, specifically approximately 5 US dollars per metric tonne of coal.
On 19 February 2026, the KPK announced three corporations as suspects in the alleged bribery case related to new metric tonnes of coal production in Kutai Kartanegara. These are PT Sinar Kumala Naga (SKN), PT Alamjaya Barapratama (ABP), and PT Bara Kumala Sakti (BKS).
