KPK Summons Bailiff of Depok District Court as Witness in Land Dispute Bribery Case
The Anti-Corruption Commission (KPK) summoned Trisno Widodo, a bailiff at Depok District Court, on Wednesday for questioning. Trisno was examined as a witness in an alleged corruption case related to land dispute execution at the court.
“Witness examination in the alleged corruption case concerning land dispute execution at Depok District Court,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists on 11 March 2026.
Budi stated that Trisno was summoned alongside Ferdinand Manua, a private sector figure serving as Commissioner of PT Mitra Bangun Prasada. However, Budi did not detail the specific matters being investigated.
“The examination is being conducted at the KPK’s Red and White Building,” Budi stated.
The case originated from a KPK sting operation. The KPK subsequently designated the Depok District Court’s presiding judge, I Wayan Eka Mariarta, deputy judge Bambang Setyawan, and court bailiff Yohansyah as bribery suspects in connection with land dispute case handling. They were apprehended during a sting operation marked by a dramatic chase.
The suspects are identified as follows:

Bambang Setyawan (BBG) – Deputy Judge, Depok District Court
Yohansyah Maruanaya (YOH) – Bailiff, Depok District Court
Trisnadi Yulrisman (TRI) – Chief Executive Officer, PT KD
Berliana Tri Ikusuma (BER) – Head of Corporate Legal, PT KD
Mariarta and Setyawan are alleged to have demanded a fee of Rp 1 billion for case handling. In addition to the bribery allegations, Setyawan is also facing charges of alleged gratification receipt. He is accused of receiving gratification derived from foreign currency exchange deposits totalling Rp 2.5 billion from PT DMV during the 2025–2026 period.
