KPK Summons Acting Pati Regent as Witness in Sudewo Extortion Case
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has summoned Acting Pati Regent Risma Ardhi Chandra (RSM) as a witness in the alleged extortion case involving suspended Pati Regent Sudewo.
“The KPK has scheduled the examination of witnesses in the suspected corruption and extortion offences within the Pati Regency Government,” KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo told reporters on Tuesday (24/2/2026).
The examination is scheduled to take place at Semarang Metropolitan Police headquarters. Prasetyo did not elaborate on the specific matters to be explored during the questioning.
In addition to Risma, the following witnesses have been summoned by the KPK:
- Riyoso, former Acting Regional Secretary and former Head of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Pati
- Ali Basrudin, member of the Pati Regency Regional Legislative Council (DPRD)
- P Supriyanto, Chairman of the Pati Regency General Elections Commission (KPU)
- Sugiyono, Head of the Communications and Information Agency of Pati Regency
- Teguh Widyatmoko, Regional Secretary of Pati Regency
- Tri Hariyama, Head of the Village Community Development Agency of Pati Regency
- Siti Noor Aini, also known as Nunung, a civil servant at the Pati Village Community Development Agency
- Sutikno, Head of Procurement at Pati Regency
- Suhardi, Village Head of Balea
- Imam Sholikin, Village Head of Gadu, Gunungwungkal, Pati
- Subur Prabowo, Chairman of the Artha Bahana Syariah Cooperative (KSPPS)
In this case, the KPK has named four suspects, one of whom is Pati Regent Sudewo. The KPK alleges that Sudewo imposed fees of Rp 125–150 million on prospective village officials.
These fees were subsequently inflated by his subordinates to Rp 165–225 million per prospective village official. The KPK has seized a total of Rp 2.6 billion in connection with the case.
The four suspects in the village official extortion case in Pati are:
- Sudewo, Pati Regent for the 2025–2030 term
- Abdul Suyono, Village Head of Karangrowo, Jakenan Sub-district
- Sumarjiono, Village Head of Arumanis, Jaken Sub-district
- Karjan, Village Head of Sukorukun, Jaken Sub-district
