In addition, Budi said that the KPK has summoned two individuals from the private sector, with the initials ERS and WR, as witnesses in the case.
Previously, the KPK conducted a sting operation on December 9-10, 2025, and apprehended five people.
On December 11, 2025, the KPK announced that the five individuals were named as suspects, namely the Regent of Central Lampung, Ardito Wijaya (AW), a member of the Central Lampung DPRD (Regional People’s Representative Council), Riki Hendra Saputra (RHS), the younger brother of the Regent of Central Lampung and also the Chairman of the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) of Central Lampung, Ranu Hari Prasetyo (RNP), the Acting Head of the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) of Central Lampung and a close relative of Ardito Wijaya, Anton Wibowo (ANW), and the Director of PT Elkaka Putra Mandiri, Mohamad Lukman Sjamsuri (MLS).
The five individuals are suspects in a case of alleged acceptance of gifts or promises related to the procurement of goods and services, as well as other forms of acceptance within the Central Lampung Regency government in the 2025 fiscal year.
The KPK suspects that Ardito Wijaya received Rp5.75 billion in connection with the case, and used Rp5.25 billion to pay off bank loans for campaign needs during the 2024 Regional Elections.
