KPK summons 12 Customs and Excise Intelligence Officials in a Customs Case
Witnesses in the alleged corruption case related to Customs and Excise, said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to reporters on Tuesday, 19 May 2026. He stated that 12 individuals were summoned to be questioned today, though he did not specify the aspects to be examined for the witnesses. The examination took place at the KPK’s Merah Putih Building, Budi added. The witnesses summoned were: Akhmad Zulfan Rosadi, Civil Servant of Customs and Excise (Customs Intelligence Section); Nico Ahmad Affandy, Civil Servant of Customs and Excise (Customs Intelligence Kepabeanan 2); Neta Akbardani, Civil Servant of Customs and Excise (Customs Intelligence Kepabeanan 1); Welvianus, Civil Servant of Customs and Excise (Customs Intelligence Kepabeanan 2); Harry Perdana Lang, Civil Servant of Customs and Excise (Customs Intelligence Kepabeanan 1); Aulia Elang Willmania, Civil Servant of Customs and Excise (Customs Intelligence Cukai); M. Wildan Adhitama, Civil Servant of Customs and Excise (Customs Intelligence Cukai); Grenaldo Ferdinan Butar-Butar, Civil Servant of Customs and Excise (Customs Intelligence Kepabeanan 2); Salisa Asmoaji, Civil Servant of Customs and Excise (Customs Intelligence Cukai); M. Ikram, Civil Servant of Customs and Excise (Customs Intelligence Cukai); Yogasidi, Civil Servant of Customs and Excise (Customs Intelligence Kepabeanan 1); Farid Agung Kurniawan, Civil Servant of Customs and Excise (Customs Intelligence Kepabeanan 1). In this case, KPK has also questioned a Semarang-based businessman, Heri Setiyono alias Heri ‘Black’. The commission pressed Heri regarding the results of container searches at Tanjung Emas Port. “The witness was also asked about the container searches at Tanjung Emas Port,” KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo told reporters on Monday, 18 May. In addition, KPK questioned Heri about the searches in Semarang, where notes indicating payments to the Directorate General of Customs and Excise were found. “Investigators are probing the findings from the Semarang searches, including the notes of payments to the Directorate General of Customs and Excise,” he said. Regarding the import corruption case at the DGCE, KPK initially named six individuals as suspects after conducting a sting operation (OTT) at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) in the import bribery case. The KPK seized evidence in this bribery case with a total value of Rp 40.5 billion. The evidence seized by KPK included cash in rupiah amounting to Rp 1.89 billion, cash in US dollars amounting to 182,900, cash in Singapore dollars amounting to 1.48 million, cash in Japanese yen amounting to 55,000, precious metals weighing 2.5 kg worth Rp 7.4 billion, precious metals weighing 2.8 kg worth Rp 8.3 billion, and one luxury watch valued at Rp 138 million. Three private sector individuals in this case have already gone on trial. They are John Field, head of Blueray Cargo; Deddy Kurniawan Sukolo, Operational Manager of Blueray Cargo; and Andri, head of the documents team at Blueray Cargo. The three Blueray Cargo executives are charged with providing Rp 61.3 billion in Singapore dollars and furnishing facilities and luxury goods totalling Rp 1.8 billion. Prosecutors consider the acts of the defendants to violate Article 605(1)(a) and Article 606(1) of Law Number 1 of 2023 of the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP).
