KPK Seizes Three Luxury Motorcycles from Customs Corruption Suspect, Including Triumph and BMW

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has seized three luxury motorcycles (moge) from a suspect in an alleged import bribery case at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise under the Ministry of Finance. The three motorcycles comprise a Triumph, a Kawasaki, and a BMW.

Based on observation at the KPK building in Kuningan, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (26/8/2026), the three motorcycles were parked at the rear of the building. The seized Triumph motorcycle is maroon in colour, while the Kawasaki is black and the BMW is blue.

KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo said the three motorcycles were seized from suspect Gatot Heroe (GH). “They were seized from Mr GH and other parties within the Directorate General of Customs and Excise,” he said.

Gatot Heroe is the Head of Supervision and Services at the Customs and Excise Regional Office in Kediri. He is a new suspect in the alleged import bribery case.

Prior to Gatot, the KPK had already named seven suspects. The bribe-givers from PT Bluerray Cargo have been sentenced by judges. The sentences are as follows:

  1. John Field: 3 years in prison and a fine of Rp 300 million, with a subsidiary sentence of 100 days in detention.

  2. Deddy Kurniawan Sukolo: 2.5 years in prison and a fine of Rp 200 million, with a subsidiary sentence of 80 days in detention.

  3. Andri: 2.5 years in prison and a fine of Rp 200 million, with a subsidiary sentence of 80 days in detention.

In addition, four customs officials are currently on trial in this case. They are:

  1. Rizal (RZL), former Director of Enforcement and Investigation at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (P2 DJBC) for the period 2024 to January 2026;

  2. Sisprian Subiaksono (SIS), Head of the Intelligence Sub-Directorate for Enforcement and Investigation at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (Kasubdit Intel P2 DJBC);

  3. Orlando Hamonangan Sianipar (ORL), Head of the Intelligence Section at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (Kasi Intel DJBC);

  4. Budiman Bayu Prasojo (BBP), Head of the Customs Excise Intelligence Section at P2 DJBC Customs and Excise.
