The KPK has seized a Toyota Innova Zenix belonging to Bengkulu City Regional Councillor Vinna Ledy Anggraheni (VLA), which is suspected to be a gift from businessman Eno Bowo Susilo (EKS). This marks the third vehicle seized by the KPK from Vinna.

“Today, investigators conducted another seizure of one four-wheeled vehicle from Ms VLA,” explained KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists on Tuesday (22/9/2026).

The KPK suspects the car is registered to and used daily by Vinna’s sister, Dian Andini Anggraheni (DAA). Dian has already been questioned by the KPK.

“The vehicle is suspected to be a gift from Mr EBS, which was then registered in the name of and used daily by Ms DAA, who is the sister of Ms VLA,” he said.

Previously, the KPK seized a Mitsubishi Pajero Sport and a Mercedes-Benz belonging to Vinna. Both vehicles are suspected to have been received from Eno Bowo. These cars were seized after investigators found them registered under the name of Rani Sorayya, an associate of Vinna.

Budi previously stated that investigators are continuing to trace other suspected gifts from the private sector to Bengkulu City Councillor Vinna Ledy Anggraheni (VLA), including the motive behind these private sector contributions.

“Investigators will continue to trace and track whether there are any other gifts from the said private party to Ms VLA,” Budi explained.

For context, Vinna’s name emerged when the KPK conducted a new investigation as an expansion of the corruption case involving the inactive Regent of Rejang Lebong, M Fikri Thobari. Fikri was arrested by the KPK in a sting operation (OTT) on 9 March 2026.

The KPK subsequently named Fikri a suspect in a suspected bribe involving Rp 1.7 billion. The bribe for project ‘ijon’ (pre-contractual kickbacks) was allegedly provided gradually through intermediaries and repeatedly.

In July 2026, the KPK stated it had commenced a new investigation as an expansion of Fikui’s case, though no suspects have been officially announced in this specific matter yet.

“General investigation order,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo on Monday (20/7).

The KPK then seized Vinna’s Pajero Sport on 10 August 2026, which is suspected to be a gift from a businessman. The KPK also conducted searches related to this new case from Wednesday (12/8) to Thursday (13/8), one of which was Vinna’s residence.

Following this, the KPK interrogated businessman Eno Bowo Susilo, suspecting that Eno Bowo provided assets to Vinna.

These assets are suspected to have been provided in relation to projects in Bengkulu City. However, the KPK has not yet detailed the specific legal construction of the case.

On 1 September 2026, the KPK seized a luxury house in South Jakarta belonging to Vinna. The KPK also revealed that Vinna is suspected of receiving money from a businessman, though the total value of the suspected funds has not yet been disclosed.
