KPK Seizes Suitcases and Bags Following Search of Summarecon Bogor Office

The KPK has completed a search of the Summarecon Bogor office in Sukaraja, Bogor, West Java. From the Summarecon Bogor office, KPK officers carried out a black suitcase, bags, and boxes suspected to contain documents.

According to observations on Monday (21/09/2026), KPK officers began exiting the Summarecon office at approximately 17:56 WIB. Through the front entrance, officers were seen leaving with a black suitcase, bags, and two boxes.

There has been no official statement from the KPK regarding the evidence found at the Summarecon Bogor office. The group of KPK officers appeared to leave the location using four vehicles.

It was previously reported that the KPK searched the Summarecon Bogor office today. The search is related to the investigation of a bribery case concerning the management of Land Use Rights (HGB).

“Today, investigators continued search activities at the PT Summarecal Bogor office,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo.

In the investigation of this case, the KPK has also searched three rooms belonging to the Director General of the Ministry of ATR/BPN, the residence of the Director General of Land and Spatial Control and Enforcement of ATR/BPN, Lampri, who is one of the suspects, as well as the Summarecon office in East Jakarta. Investigators have seized various documents and electronic goods.

A total of eight individuals have been named suspects. They are:

1. Lampri (LMP), Director General of Land and Spatial Control and Enforcement of ATR/BPN;

2. Sontang Coin Manurung (SON), Head of the Bogor Regency Land Office I;

3. Adrianto Pitojo Adi (ADR), President Director of Summarecon;

4. Arif Sugiyanto (ARF), a private individual suspected to be a confidant of Minister of ATR/BPN Nusron Wahid;

5. Fahd El Fouz or Fahd A Rafiq (FEZ), a private individual suspected to be a confidant of Minister of ATR/BPN Nusron Wahid;

6. Rizal Pahlevi (LEV), a private individual;

7. Erwin (ERW), a private individual suspected to be a confidant of Minister of ATR/BPN Nusron Wahid;

8. Muhammad Fakhry (MF), a private individual suspected to be a confidant of Minister of ATR/BPN Nusron Wahid.
