The KPK has seized a luxury house in the South Jakarta area. The property belongs to the member of the Bengkulu City Regional Legislative Council (DPRD), Vinna Ledy Anggraheni (VLA).

“The seized asset is one unit of a luxury house owned by Ms VLA, in her capacity as a member of the Bengkulu City DPRD,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists on Tuesday (1/9/2026).

The house was seized in connection with the development of a corruption case that originated from a sting operation (OTT) against the Regent of Rejang Lebong, M Fikri Thobari. The KPK suspects the house is linked to the ongoing investigation.

“The house is located in the South Jakarta area. The seizure was carried out because the asset in question is suspected to be related to the case,” he explained.

Budi mentioned that the house is suspected to be a gift from a private party to Vinna. Investigators will further examine the purpose and intent behind this gift.

“Investigators will subsequently delve deeper into the nexus or connection between the alleged provision of assets from a private party to Ms VLA and the series of criminal events currently being investigated,” he added.

The KPK previously also seized a Pajero Sport vehicle belonging to Vinna. The vehicle is also suspected to have been provided by a businessman.

“The seizure of the vehicle, which is suspected to be a gift from a private party, was carried as part of the operations in South Jakarta. Investigators will continue to investigate the connection between the provision of this car and the ongoing investigation,” said Budi.

KPK Suspects Vinna Received Assets from Businessman

As information, the KPK initially named Regent M Fikri as a suspect along with four others in relation to alleged bribery involving ‘ijon’ (pre-contract) projects. Subsequently, the KPK expanded the case to include the Bengkulu City Government environment.

In the process, the KPK conducted searches and interrogated several witnesses, including searching Vinna’s house in mid-August 2026. The KPK has also interrogated a businessman named Eno Bowo Susilo and Hendra Okta, a civil servant at the Bengkulu City Public Works (PUPR) Department. During the interrogation of Eno, the KPK traced the provision of luxury assets.

“Investigators are looking into the alleged provision of several assets by EBS (Eno Bowo Susilo) to officials in Bengkulu City, including luxury cars, luxury apartments, and luxury houses. Investigators will certainly investigate the connection to the execution of projects in Bengkulu City,” said Budi.

“It is suspected that the provision by EBS was intended for VLA, as a member of the Bengkulu City DPRD. Investigators will further examine the allegations regarding the provision of these luxury assets,” Budi added.
