KPK Seizes Electronic Evidence in BPK Member's Home Raid Over Muara Enim Bribery Case

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has searched the home of Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) member Bobby Adhityo Rizaldi, seizing several electronic evidence items as part of a bribery investigation involving the former Muara Enim regent, Edison.

“During the search, investigators secured several electronic evidence items,” KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo told reporters on Tuesday (14/7/2026). He did not specify the types of electronic evidence seized, stating only that investigators would extract the items to gather further information.

Budi explained that the search was conducted to complete additional evidence required in the investigation of the alleged bribery case related to a BPK audit in the Muara Enim Regency Government.

Edison was initially arrested in a sting operation (OTT) on Monday (8/6). The KPK subsequently named him a suspect on Tuesday (9/6), along with three other individuals: Abi Nurwardani, a secretary at the Muara Enim Education and Culture Agency; Angga, a private party; and Cory Erin Hardi, a marketing representative for PT Millenium Solusi Abadi.

The KPK alleges that Edison received a bribe of Rp 500 million from Cory. The bribe was reportedly received through Abi Nurwardani and was linked to the procurement of smart boards by the Muara Enim Regency Government.

In a related development, the KPK conducted a separate sting operation on Wednesday (10/6), arresting five individuals, including auditors from the BPK. The anti-graft body named all five as suspects, alleging they had requested Rp 1.6 billion from Edison to alter the BPK’s audit findings on the smart board procurement project.
