KPK Seizes Electronic Evidence During Search of Bobby Rizaldi's Home

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has seized a number of electronic evidence items during a search of the residence of Indonesian Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) Member V, Bobby Adhityo Rizaldi, in Jakarta on Tuesday (14/7). “In this search, investigators secured several items of Electronic Evidence,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo in a written statement on Tuesday (14/7). Budi explained that the search was conducted to gather additional evidence required for the investigation into alleged bribery related to a BPK audit in the Muara Enim Regency administration. “This electronic evidence will subsequently be extracted to deepen the information needed by investigators,” he added. There has been no statement from Bobby regarding the search. Previously, the KPK had searched the BPK office in South Sumatra. Several items of evidence seized included audit working paper documents, documents concerning changes to findings from a Qualified Opinion (WDP) to an Unqualified Opinion (WTP), specifically for the Muara Enim Regency Government, documents related to attempts to make further changes following a KPK sting operation, and indications of alleged intervention from the central BPK to alter the audit findings. Three individuals are suspected of being the bribe givers: Muara Enim Regent for the 2025-2030 period, Edison, and parties from PT Millenium Solusi Abadi (MSA), namely Cory Erin Hardi and Fika. Two others are suspected as bribe recipients: BPK civil servant and technical controller Titin Rita Lestari, and Augusz Dewanggara, also known as Angga, a private sector party.
