The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has secured electronic evidence after searching the home of Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK) member Bobby Adhityo Rizaldi. The search was conducted to complete the body of evidence related to an alleged bribery case involving a BPK audit of the Muara Enim Regency government. KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo stated that investigators had seized several pieces of electronic evidence, which will be extracted to deepen the information required by the investigation. The KPK has named five suspects in the case: Augusz Dewanggara, Titin Rita Lestari, Edison, and private sector individuals Cory Erin Hardi and Fika. The case concerns alleged bribery involving Edison, who is suspected of receiving money from private parties related to procurement in the Muara Enim Regency government. A sum of Rp500 million was allegedly given to maintain good relations, and part of this money was suspected to have been passed on to parties within the BPK’s South Sumatra office to condition or influence audit findings, including those related to the procurement of smart TVs or smart boards. In a related procurement bribery case, the KPK also seized a bank account balance and cash totalling nearly Rp2 billion, believed to belong to Edison.
