KPK Seizes Documents from Cory Erin's Home in Muara Enim Case
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has searched the home of PT Millenium Solusi Abadi marketing employee Cory Erin Hardi and seized a number of documents as part of the ongoing investigation into an alleged bribery case within the Muara Enim Regency Government, South Sumatra. KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo stated on Friday that the documents obtained during the search on Thursday (25/6) in Jakarta are related to the construction of the case concerning alleged bribery in the procurement of goods and services. All seized documents will be further analysed and cross-referenced with statements already obtained by investigators.
Previously, the KPK arrested 10 individuals in a sting operation on 7–8 June 2026, five in Jakarta and five in South Sumatra. The operation, the KPK’s 12th of 2026, included the arrest of Muara Enim Regent Edison. On 9 June 2026, the KPK named four suspects in the case involving procurement and other receipts in the Muara Enim Regency Government for the 2025–2026 fiscal year. The suspects are Edison, Secretary of the Muara Enim Education and Culture Office Abi Nurwardani, PT Millenium Solusi Abadi marketing employee Cory Erin Hardi, and Edison’s nephew Adi Triyadi.
The KPK then conducted a follow-up sting operation on 10 June 2026, arresting five civil servants from the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK). On 11 June 2026, the KPK named five suspects in a case related to conditioning a BPK audit of the Muara Enim Regency Government for the 2025 fiscal year. The suspects are Edison, Cory Erin Hardi, PT Millenium Solusi Abadi Director Fika, private sector party and former expert staff to a DPR member Augusz Dewanggara, and BPK civil servant and former Head of the BPK Audit Team for South Sumatra Representative Titin Rita Lestari.
