KPK Seizes Documents During Search of Summarecon Bogor Office

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has seized several pieces of evidence in the form of documents and electronic data related to alleged bribery in the processing of Land Use Rights (HGB). This occurred after investigators searched the office of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk in Bogor Regency, West Java, on Monday (22/09/2026).

“The evidence is suspected to be related to alleged bribery committed by private parties to certain officials within the Ministry of ATR/BPN (Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency),” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo at the KPK Red and White Building, South Jakarta, on Monday.

Budi stated that the evidence specifically relates to alleged bribes paid to several parties at the Bogor Regency I Land Office. Meanwhile, he added that the evidence seized from the Summarecon office will be further examined and analysed by KPK investigators to help uncover the full construction of the bribery case within the Ministry of ATR/BPN.

The case originated from a KPK sting operation (OTT) in the Jabodetabek area on 14 September 2026, concerning alleged corruption in the processing of HGB for PT Summarecon Agung Tbk in Bogor Regency, West Java. One day after the sting operation, the KPK named eight individuals as suspects in the alleged bribery case within the Ministry of ATR/BPN.
