KPK Seizes Documents and Electronic Evidence Following Raid on Summarecon Bogor Office
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has seized a number of documents and Electronic Evidence (BBE) following a raid on the PT Summarecon Agung Tbk office in Bogor, West Java.
The evidence is suspected to be related to an ongoing investigation into alleged bribery concerning the management of Building Use Rights (HGB) within the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN).
“The team has secured evidence in the form of documents and electronic evidence, which are suspected to be related to alleged bribes paid by private parties to officials within the Ministry of ATR/BPN, specifically for the Bogor regional office,” stated KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo at the Merah Putih Building, Jakarta, on Monday (21/9).
Budi noted that investigators will conduct analysis and extraction of the evidence to build a complete construction of the case.
Prior to this, the KPK had previously raided the PT Summarecon Agung Tbk office in East Jakarta and the residence of the Director General of Land and Space Control and Order at the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Lampri, on Friday (18/9). The KPK also searched three directorate-general offices within the Ministry of ATR/BPN.
The three searched locations included the offices of the Director General of Land and Space Control and Order, Lampri; the Director General of Land and Space Survey and Mapping (SPPR), Virgo Eresta Jaya; and the Director General of Land Rights Determination and Registration (PHPT), Asnaedi. Additionally, several rooms in related directorates were targeted.
From these locations, the KPK also seized several documents and electronic evidence suspected to be related to the case. All evidence will be extracted and analysed to assist investigators in dissecting the ongoing investigation.
The KPK has named eight individuals as suspects in the case of alleged bribery and other illegal receipts within the Ministry of ATR/BPN. The suspects include the Head of the Bogor Regency Land Office I, Sontang Coin Manurung; Golkar Party politician, Fahd El Fouz (alias Fahpend A Rafiq); former Regent of Kebumen, Arif Sugiyanto; and the President Director of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, Adrianto Pitojo Adhi.
The four other suspects are the Director General of Land and Space Control and Order at the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Lampri, as well as Muhammad Fakhry, Erwin, and Rizal Pahlevi.
Arif, Fahd, Erwin, and Muhammad Fakhry have been identified by the KPK as trusted associates of the Minister of ATR/BPN, Nusron Wahid.
The suspects have been detained for an initial 20-day period from 15 September to 4 October 2026. The detention is being carried out at the State Detention Centre (Rutan) at the KPK Merah Putih Building.
During a sting operation (OTT) conducted in the Greater Jakarta area on Monday (14/9), the KPK caught 19 individuals red-handed, discovering evidence in the form of cash amounting to Rp106.3 billion.
