The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has seized several documents and Electronic Evidence (BBE) following a raid on the offices of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk in East Jakarta on Friday (18/9).
The search is related to the handling of an alleged bribery case involving Building Use Rights (HGB) within the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN).
The evidence includes Building Use Right Certificates (SHGB) allegedly linked to the bribery case under investigation; financial documents of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk and its connection to Kencana Jayaproperti Agung (KCJA); and electronic evidence regarding land disputes in the Bogor region.
“All the evidence has been taken by investigators for further study and analysis to assist in deepening the construction of the alleged corruption criminal case within the aforementioned Ministry of ATR/BPN,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo in a written statement on Friday (18/9) afternoon.
Budi explained that today’s search was not yet complete. He stated that investigators continued their coercive measures at the residence of the Director General of Land and Spatial Control and Enforcement at the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Lampri, located in Jatiwaringin, Bekasi.
“We will continue to provide updates on the developments,” said Budi.

Minister of ATR/BPN Nusron Wahid has spoken out regarding the alleged corruption case within his ministry being investigated by the KPK. Nusron stated that he respects the legal process conducted by the KPK regarding the investigation of the alleged land mafia case related to the management of building use rights (HGB) in Bogor Regency.
“Firstly, we respect what is being processed by law enforcement, in this case, the KPK. We will also follow and assist in the ongoing process,” Nusron said when met in Jakarta on Friday.
According to Nusron, the legal process by the KPK is expected to serve as a momentum to accelerate improvements in services within land offices to ensure better, more transparent, and accountable governance for the public.
“I hope that through this incident, there will be an accelerated process of service improvement within the internal land offices. That is my view,” he added.
