KPK Seizes Cash During Raid on Tulungagung Regent Gatut Sunu

A total of 13 people were taken by the KPK to Jakarta. Twelve of them are from the Tulungagung Regency Government and one is from the private sector.

“The 13 people taken to Jakarta are the Regent, twelve from the Tulungagung Regency Government environment, and one other party,” said Budi.

Budi stated that the parties taken to Jakarta were divided into three groups. The first group was Tulungagung Regent Gatut Sunu Wibowo, who arrived first, followed by 12 people in the second group and one other person in the third group in the afternoon.

All secured parties will be examined by investigators. The KPK has 1x24 hours to determine their legal status.

“Next, those parties will undergo further examination at the KPK Merah Putih building,” explained Budi.

It is known that the raid was carried out on Friday (10/4) night. In the raid, the KPK targeted Tulungagung Regent Gatut Sunu Wibowo.
