KPK searches Summarecon Bogor office regarding ATR/BPN corruption case
On Monday (21/9), investigators continued search activities at the Summarecon Bogor office.
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) searched the office of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk in Bogor Regency, West Java, on Monday, in connection with the investigation into alleged corruption within the Ministry of ATR/BPN.
“Today, Monday (21/9), investigators continued search activities at the Summarecon Bogor office,” said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists in Jakarta on Monday.
Budi stated that the search was still ongoing as of 12:54 WIB on Monday, and the KPK will provide further updates on the progress of the investigation.
One day after a sting operation (OTT), the KPK named eight individuals as suspects in the alleged bribery case within the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN).
The suspects include the Director General of Land and Spatial Control and Order at the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Lampri; the Head of the Bogor Regency Land Office I, Sontang Coin Manurung; the President Director of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk, Adrianto Pitojo Adhi; and Rizal Pahlevi, acting as a private party or intermediary for Summarecon.
The KPK identified Arif, Fahd, Erwin, and Muhammad Fakhry as individuals suspected of being close associates of the Minister of ATR/BPN, Nusron Wahid.
On 17 September 2026, KPK investigators searched the offices of Lampri, the Director General of Land Survey, Mapping, and Spatial Planning at the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Virgo Eresta Jaya, and the Director General of Rights Determination and Land Registration at the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Asnaedi.
On 18 September 2026, investigators continued searches at the PT Summarecon Agung Tbk office in East Jakarta and Lampri’s residence in Bekasi, West Java.
During the search of the Summarecon office in East Jakarta, the KPK seized several documents and electronic evidence, including Building Use Right (SHGB) certificates, company financial documents, and electronic evidence related to the blocking of land disputes in the Bogor area.
