JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) searched the home of customs businessman Heri Setiyono, alias Heri Black, in Semarang, Central Java, on Monday (11/5/2026) in connection with the alleged corruption case involving the importation of goods at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise.

“On Monday (11/5), investigators searched the home of one party (HS) suspected of being affiliated with Blueray,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo in a statement on Wednesday (13/5/2026).

He stated that from the seized evidence, investigators obtained information regarding efforts to hinder the investigation process in this case.

“There is information obtained in the form of conditioning efforts from external parties in the handling of the customs and excise case at the KPK,” he said.

“Therefore, investigators will certainly consider whether these actions constitute elements of obstructing the investigation or not,” he added.

The KPK initially named six suspects in this case: Rizal, Director of Enforcement and Investigation at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (P2 DJBC) for the 2024-2026 period; Sisprian Subiaksono, Head of the Intelligence Subdirectorate at P2 DJBC; and Orlando Hamonangan, Head of Intelligence Section at DJBC, on Thursday (5/2/2026).

Additionally, there are John Field, owner of PT Blueray; Andri, Head of the Import Documents Team at PT Blueray; and Dedy Kurniawan, Operations Manager at PT Blueray.

Most recently, the KPK named Budiman Bayu Prasojo, Head of the Excise Intelligence Section at Enforcement and Investigation (P2) DJBC, as a suspect on Friday (27/2/2026).

“PT BR wanted the goods under its auspices, entering from abroad, to avoid checks. So they could easily and smoothly pass through customs inspections,” said Asep during a press conference on Thursday night (5/2/2026).

Asep said that the criminal conspiracy between PT Blueray and several parties at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise began in October 2025.

At that time, from PT Blueray, there was John Field as the owner of PT Blueray, Andri from the import documents team at PT Blueray, and Dedy Kurniawan as the Operations Manager at PT Blueray.
