The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has scheduled an examination of Bobby Adhityo Rizaldi, a member of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), in the near future. He will be questioned as a witness in a suspected bribery case related to BPK findings on several procurements in the Muara Enim Regency government, South Sumatra.

KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo stated on Wednesday (15/7) that investigators would schedule the examination to confirm findings from a recent search. The investigation is deepening into Bobby’s role following the seizure of suspected electronic evidence from his residence in Cipete, South Jakarta.

‘This will be further traced and investigated by the team to see if, apart from the parties already named as suspects, there are other parties who played a significant role in the construction of the case regarding the alleged conditioning of the BPK audit findings,’ Budi explained.

Budi noted that investigators received initial clues from several witnesses and suspects who described Bobby’s involvement, leading to the search of his house. However, he declined to provide detailed information as it remains part of the investigation material.

Prior to this, the KPK had searched the BPK office in South Sumatra. Evidence seized included audit working papers, documents related to changes in findings from Qualified Opinion (WDP) to Unqualified Opinion (WTP) specifically for the Muara Enim Regency government, documents concerning efforts to alter findings after a KPK sting operation, and indications of alleged intervention from the central BPK to manipulate the audit results.

The KPK has already named five individuals as suspects and detained them at the State Detention Centre. Three are suspected of giving bribes: Edison, the Regent of Muara Enim for the 2025-2030 period; and two individuals from PT Millenium Solusi Abadi, Cory Erin Hardi and Fika. The other two are suspected recipients: Titin Rita Lestari, a BPK civil servant and technical controller, and Augusz Dewanggara, also known as Angga, a private party. The KPK has stated it will also investigate the relationship between Angga and Bobby.
