KPK reveals Stranas PK oversight of government priority programmes

The results of oversight must be measured by improvements on the ground. Not merely the achievement of outputs, but how interventions can improve governance and reduce corruption risks.

Jakarta (ANTARA) — Deputy Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Agus Joko Pramono has revealed that the 2025-2026 National Strategy for Corruption Prevention (Stranas PK) is focused on overseeing the government’s priority programmes, from the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) scheme to the Red and White Village/Neighbourhood Cooperatives (KDKMP).

Speaking in Jakarta on Tuesday, Agus said Stranas PK oversees MBG in terms of targeting accuracy and nutritional quality, institutional arrangements, and the strengthening of digital payment systems.

For KDKMP, he said Stranas PK is focused on strengthening regulation and governance, integrating information systems, and oversight and capacity building for managers.

He also said Stranas PK is currently promoting the use of integrated electronic medical records to support claims processing within the National Health Insurance (JKN) system.

In addition, he said Stranas PK continues to push for strengthening the regional government information system (SIPD) as an instrument for controlling spending quality.

Another Stranas PK achievement, he continued, is reinforcing the security of state assets valued at Rp16 trillion based on land value zone estimates, namely through the establishment of boundary lines at 55 sites and six lakes.

“The results of oversight must be seen in the improvements that occur on the ground. Not only in achieving outputs, but in how these interventions can improve governance and reduce corruption risks,” said Agus.
