The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has revealed that a number of State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) management teams have yet to submit their Wealth Reports for State Officials (LHKPN).

This was stated by the KPK Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring, Aminuddin, following an audience with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Danantara, Dony Oskaria, at the KPK Building on Monday (29/6). Compliance with LHKPN reporting was one of the key topics discussed during the meeting.

“As of the end of June, we admit that there are several SOE management teams who, as of 31 March, have not reported, and we have already sent letters to stakeholders regarding those who failed to report so that sanctions can be imposed,” said Aminuddin.

He explained that there is a difference in the mechanism for imposing sanctions between Civil Servants (ASN) and officials within the SOE environment.

Aminuddin did not specify the exact number or percentage of SOE management who have failed to submit their LHKPN.

“For ASN, there are sanctions. For those at the SOE level, sanctions are adjusted according to the internal regulations existing within the SOE. But it is true that as of 31 March and currently at the end of June, there are indeed several SOE management members who are required to report but have not submitted their LHKPN. I need to check the exact figures, but they do exist,” he said.

Meanwhile, regarding SOE directors who hold foreign citizenship (WNA), Aminuddin emphasised that they are also obligated to submit their LHKPN.

“This includes foreign nationals; even though they are foreign nationals, they currently hold top management positions in SOEs. And if we look at Law Number 28, the structure within SOEs falls under the category of those required to report LHKPN,” he added.

On the same occasion, Dony admitted that he would directly oversee the compliance of LHKPN reporting for all mandatory reporters.

“Everyone who has an obligation must report; it is mandatory. I will personally lead the process to ensure compliance with these reports,” he stated.
