KPK Reveals 'Mother Company' of Pekalongan Regent Fadia Received Rp46 Billion, Shared Among Daughter and Husband
Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) says Pekalongan Regent Fadia Arafiq ordered heads of service to appoint her family’s company in the procurement of services in the Pekalongan Regency Government. The KPK disclosed that Fadia’s family company received a total of Rp46 billion from contracts with the Pekalongan Regency Government.
“Throughout 2023-2026, there were transactions into PT RNB amounting to Rp46 billion sourced from contracts between PT RNB and regional government agencies in the Pekalongan Regency,” said KPK’s Deputy for Enforcement and Execution, Asep Guntur Rahayu, at the KPK building in Kuningan, Jakarta, on Wednesday (4 March 2026).
From that total, Rp22 billion was used for the payment of staff salaries. The remainder was distributed to Fadia’s family amounting to Rp19 billion.
“Then from that money, the portion used for outsourcing staff salaries was only Rp22 billion. The rest of it was enjoyed and distributed to the Bupati’s family for a total of Rp19 billion,” he said.
Here are the details:
Pekalongan Regent Fadia Arafiq: Rp5.5 billion;
Fadia’s husband, Ashraff: Rp1.1 billion;
Director of PT RNB, Rul Bayatun: Rp2.3 billion;
Fadia’s daughter, Sabiq: Rp4.6 billion;
Fadia’s daughter, Mehnaz Na: Rp2.5 billion;
Also, a cash withdrawal of Rp3 billion.
In this case, KPK said Fadia’s daughter and husband founded a company named PT Raja Nusantara Berjaya (RNB). Fadia is suspected to be the beneficiary or beneficial ownership (BO) of that company.
The company also included Fadia’s campaign team. The Regent asked regional agencies to ensure that the ‘mother company’ would win.
KPK said PT RNB received outsourcing projects in 17 regional agencies, three regional hospitals and one district in 2025. She has been charged under Article 12(i) and Article 12(B) of the Corruption Eradication Law (UU PTPK) read together with Article 127(1) of Law No. 1 of 2023 on the Indonesian Penal Code (KUHP).
